Newly built and architecturally designed modern guest house with plenty of open, relaxing living space for everyone to enjoy. Two bedrooms, a beautiful custom bathroom, and a full-size kitchen for the space… you’ll feel right at home.

Living room

Special ordered love seat and sofa sleeper with a queen-size memory foam mattress. The high-end top-grain leather lounge chairs also make for a very relaxing time to hang out or watch a game on the 85” TV.

The industrial strength custom barn doors, consisting of 100+ year old charcoal gray wood on the outside and enzyme deteriorated mushroom wood on the insides were fabricated by a local professional woodsmith that lives in the neighborhood.

Bedrooms

Brand new mattresses throughout, the plush king is super comfy to watch the new 65” TV in bed or just to get a great night’s sleep.

The queen bedroom has Jack & Jill-type access to the bathroom through the pocket door.

The 3rd bed is the nice memory foam queen-size mattress in the pull-out sofa sleeper, as mentioned.

Bathroom

The stunningly beautiful 100+ year-old dark honey barn wood floating vanity was also made by the same woodworker who made the barn doors.
Dual valve shower with rainfall shower head and mounted/hand-held spray head with custom tile work and glass door enclosure.

Kitchen

Top-of-the-line quartz countertops flow seamlessly with the custom-painted cabinets, new stainless appliance set, and brass hardware. The beautiful brass kitchen faucet and matching reverse osmosis drinking water faucet are mounted over the porcelain farm sink.

The high-end ice machine creates crystal-clear ice squares, which pair great with delicious cocktails.

*There isn’t a standard range, but the microwave is also a convection oven. Who wants to cook anyhow with so many great restaurant options so close?!

Laundry

Full size, extra capacity washer and dryer if you want to stay on top of your laundry.

Parking

Your parking space(s) is at the back of the long driveway. You will have access to a private and gated entry to the back patio from the driveway, leading to the rear door of the guest house.

Location

Welcome to one of the most well-known historic neighborhoods in all of Phoenix… the family-friendly Windsor Neighborhood. Walk through the neighborhood and check out all the unique historic homes on the way to Uptown Plaza… the first strip mall shopping center in Phoenix. OR take just as short of a walk on 7th St for a bite to eat at any of the great spots along “Restaurant Row”.

The first homes in the Windsor neighborhood were built in 1929, but the neighborhood didn’t complete all homes until the early 1950s due to the Depression and WWII.

Originally opened in 1955 at the corner of Central and Camelback, Uptown Plaza was completely remodeled a few years back to bring the original look and feel back, but with an updated modern luxury twist.

AJ’s Fine Foods, Huss Brewery, Sushi Vibe, Lou Malnati’s, Flower Child, Dapper & Stout, Chula’s Seafood, The Boardroom, West Elm, The Muse, Shake Shack, Zookz Sandwich Shop and Nektar Juice Bar are a number of the great spots all located in Uptown Plaza… but there’s still more than that.

Minutes from Camelback Mountain (also seen from the street) and only 2.5 miles to the famed Arizona Biltmore Hotel, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in the late 1920s. The Biltmore Fashion Square shopping, entertainment, and restaurant area is also adjacent.

Pets

Select breed dogs allowed. Sorry, no cats are allowed as we are allergic to cat dander.

The pet fee is $75 per dog.

There are two kids and a labradoodle dog on the property.

There is shared access to our pool in the backyard. Please note that it is not heated.
